This board needs to be conditioned prior to use. It’s a simple process and comes with instructions. Once that is done, the board is absolutely perfect!

I purchased a similar board from this company a few years ago and it has held up well, but recently needed an identical board for a party I was having. This seems to be the product that replaced the one I already had. Like other reviewers, mine arrived broken in two. I ordered a replacement and the second one was fine. Quick response from the seller, the replacement arrived within a few days. They did require me to send the broken one back though. Overall, the wood is beautiful, no rough edges. I use these for charcuterie boards.
