These are a great way to shred meat. I have used this on chicken, beef, and pork with no issues tearing it to bits. This is a must have if you smoke meats or pressure cook. This is way more effective and efficient than using forks. This just hammers through the meat in quick fashion. This took at 30 min job to a 5 min job, and they are far more durable than forks. These are tough monsters and will stand the test of time. It also as a great storage feature, the lock together to keep them neatly tucked away in the drawer.

I love the fact that they lock into each other for storage. Unlike using 2 forks to shred pork, if the meat gets stuck, you can use the claws to get the meat out and keep going.
