Many stop watches put so many features on them that they become complicated and it is easy accidentally use a wrong button in the wrong order and then it starts doing some function that was unwanted and I have had some frustration getting it to just go back to the original function I wanted. I just wanted something easy to count down or up with. With device is simple, I can time it with a sound or quietly and I didn’t even have to look at directions to figure it out. I didn’t need two, but that is just how it came. If you want something simple, this is a good product.

There is nothing wrong with the timer as far as I can tell…. The problem is that I evidently didn’t see or realize that this is a timer for minutes/seconds only. I intended to use it in the kitchen and I need one that is able to be programmed for hours also. I liked the fact that it was small/there were two (so I can have one with me if I need to go outside (which often occurs) when I’m baking something, etc } It does work well…just not exactly what I was looking for….my mistake. Also…. although not a hinderance, the English on the box wasn’t the best…lol

I get that this is a kitchen timer, but really it’s such a great tool for my adhd kid.This product comes as a two-pack, so I was able to send one timer to school so my kid can have a tool as a visual reminder to stay on task. My kid struggles with using his time effectively and this timer has really made all the difference for him. It’s got a quiet option, where a red light quietly flashes when the time is up. This allows him to put the concept of time into a visual and he’s able to do what he needs to do in the allotted for him per assignment in class.At home, he uses this to make the most of shower time so he’s not wasting water for 30 minutes just goofing off, brushing his teeth, down time, homework, studying, and reading time. It’s been a really helpful tool for him for accountability and has cut down my redirections at least by half.The timer is easy for him to use, and it’s small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. It’s light but sturdy. It’s got a little stand, a loud option and a quiet option. It’s thin and discreet. I do wish there was an automatic shut off option though.

These timers are great! They are loud enough when the timer goes off. Yet you can put them on silent so if someone is sleeping in the next room they are not disturbed. Also very accurate.

This is my second purchase after the others wore out over time. My first pair (bought as a pair because they’re sold that way) worked well. Curiously, the one used most often lasted the longest. The “backup” unit failed over time with little use. Don’t know why. But for the price, I can’t complain.

I purchased these to use while teaching yin yoga. I wanted something that had a silent mode and that was easy to reset and adjust the length of time you want to set. This hits all of those marks. In silent mode, there’s a little red light that flashes when the time is up, so it’s perfect during class where I can see the timer without disturbing students. The display is large enough to see easily as well.

Wanted a timer for my timed writing practices. Good price, reviews good. I would have liked a timer to shut itself off. On/off switch is tiny, hard to turn on and off, hurts the tips of my fingers. Read the description carefully.

This is a good timer and very easy to use. Magnet on back is a nice feature and does a great job of keeping the timer on the refrigerator.
