I would rate this a 5. I think esthetically it is really simple and beautiful. I love the way the ‘buttons’ are not push buttons. I also like how you can tare and see the weights directly on the app as well as being able to change units there. I have owned other scales and this is one I would even put out on my counter. I thought that the plugging in to the USB would be a pain but the fact you can still use it while it charges is huge. Also one of my big gripes with other scales I’ve used is that if you use a plate or bowl that’s too big it covers up the display and you can’t see what the actual weight is. You end up having to either use a different dish or try to balance things to weigh them not directly flush on top of the scale. This is an annoyance, but it was a persistent one. I love using the app to be able to circumvent this. I never thought that I would actively LIKE a scale but I really do. The one reason I almost lowered to 4 stars is that the app is a little clunky. There are grammatical typos (which is minor) but in setting things up it wasn’t as smooth as it could be. The only other fix I would suggest is that you can sync it with a broader range of apps. I do appreciate fitbit, but for folks with other food diary apps it would be good to have things sync automatically.I always thought the app integration would be pointless but it really solved the display-covering issue. I love the aesthetics of this scale and how you were able to keep that sleek and clean design but work around the display being covered by leveraging the app.

I’m on a diet program and was weighing my food with the scale I use with my espresso machine. Basically it was not meant for weighing food properly. I ordered this scale and WOW! It’s amazing. It can weigh 5 different ways from pounds/ounces to grams to fluid ounces. It’s rechargeable so no batteries. It’s slim and attractive so fits with any kitchen. Highly recommend this scale for your kitchen. I have several Arboleaf products and I have to say the products work well and last a long time. I weigh myself on my Arboleaf scale every morning and I’ve had it for over 4 years.

This scale is super easy to use. I love that the scale has different settings so you can weigh solids AND liquids. Also the scale is a great size so mostly I can use it and still see the readout. If I use a plate I can see the readout via the app and that’s great too. It’s also rechargeable so no need for batteries. I did take it down a star as the buttons are sort of sensitive and the app needs some work. The weigh tab is great but for instance the recipe tab, there’s no way to search and if you scroll want to look at something and then go back it takes you back to the top which is really frustrating. So right now I will just use it to bake.

Unlike the former, the dedicated app for the Arboleaf effectively upgrades a basic digital food scale into a powerful kitchen tool.With the integration of the easy-to-setup app, it makes it a breeze to record data for weighing food and managing the device’s settings, thanks to the built-in Bluetooth technology. Anyone should be able to use this scale with ease. It is chargeable and lightweight, perfect for most kitchens.We already have a couple of Arboleaf products (a bathroom scale and a massager) and like them both a lot. I highly recommend this scale!

1) Rating of 5. Good quality device, with helpful (unexpected) free app. App was very easy to access and use per the provided QR code. Suggest more recipes on the app be lower in calorie, and that “per portion” calories be denoted on initial screen, rather than full batch.2) Device is very easy to use. Very intuitive and easy to read, reset, etc. I like the shutoff after 60 seconds of non use, so no need to even bother with an off switch after use. Charging and setup were also a breeze. Cleaning is also simple3) I like the convenience of having this easy-to-use device readily available in my kitchen cabinet to weigh food portions. I also plan to use it with the tare function when baking this holiday season.

The scale is simple to use. I love the tare button that allows you to add ingredient after ingredient. (E.g. 200 g flour, tare scale, add 5 g baking powder, tare, 2 g salt…) Easily switch between units. We love it for baking where recipes often use weights instead of volume. It just does what it is supposed to do. Download the app for lots more bells and whistles!

Amazing product, makes tracking what you eat super easy especially if you like making big hearty salads! I just wish it was able to sync with more fitness apps. Like it will sync with a Fitbit but not an Apple Watch (which is what I have) but it will sync with the apple health app which just makes the fact that it won’t sync with my Apple Watch an oversight on their part. It would also be great if it could sync with my fitness pal.

Excellent scale! We used it the very first day it arrived and replaced our old dated scale. Fit in perfect with our modern kitchen. Love the ability that it has a smart app. I like the auto shut off and the fact that it is super easy to clean and store without taking too much space.
