If you make a lot of bread, this container rocks! You can easily quadruple a bread recipe, let the dough rise in the container until you are ready to prepare to bake. Excellent investment.

Love this, we own several for catering when involves soup and liquid. It is easy to clean, sturdy enough to carry pretty heavy soup. Highly recommand!

This is the second one we bought (we gave the first one away to the grandkids). Easy to make bread, let it rise in this container, and can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Take out a piece before dinner and make fresh bread. Although I would not recommend the dishwasher, we did run it through once with no ill effects. NOTE: for bread rising purposes you need to drill a small hole (say 3/16″) or use an awl to puncture the lid for venting purposes (very easy, could use tip of knife or scissor). Does it’s job well. The grandkids like it. Makes it easy to make bread in 20 minutes (after it’s risen of course). Flour/dough sticks a bit but you can clean easily with hot water.
