The coring action on this device is superb. However, because all of the other sides are serrated, that makes it hard to cleanly slice my peppers without mangling them. So, I choose to use this device + a separate paring knife to make clean & simple cuts. I would have preferred to have one side serrated and the other side a straight blade to allow for clean slicing.

I had some trouble with this corer ripping through the pepper and I sometimes wasn’t able to get all the seeds out from the very bottom. Was just a little harder to use than I thought it would be.

Saw this on some gadget review youtube show. We make a ton of jalapeno poppers so I thought I’d give it a try. Worked really well. Wish the handle was round so it was easier to spin around. Otherwise it gets the job done.

I had purchased another brand an in bent on the 4th jalapeno. Haven’t used this one, but I can’t bend the blade. YAY! And the DO work. Had to hold the blade on the first one to keep it from breaking, but it absolutely deseeded and removed most of the membrane.
