I have used this salad dressing mixer for over a year now and I still love it. Make your own mixture of olive oil, vinegar and add herbs and spices. When it is time to use it, move the handle up at the top in and out to mix your oil and vinegar. Great to mix up pre blended packets of salad dressing herbs. Washes easily, is neat and clean on the kitchen counter. It is very economical and healthy to blend your own special vinegars with olive oil and spices and not have all these salad dressing bottles made with excess sugar in the refrigerator. A must-have kitchen tool.

This chopper makes lettuce so small and it is such an easy thing to use with an ergonomic hand grip. Get this if you have any jaw problems or TMJ issues because it helps make everything so much smaller to eat with less chewing. You don’t use as much dressing either! I tell everyone about this thing…it’s my favorite.

It chops like it is advertised. It’s no miracle product but does what it says and cuts up lettuce with some extra effort.

The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because of its size. If you want to use this in a bowl, it will have to be a large bowl, so I use it on a cutting board.

Works well, all plastic so it doesn’t react to acidity, which ruined my last one from a different manufacturer.

I put clean greens in a bowl and use this tool to cut them… It leaves lots of them unchopped so I have to go through them to see what needs to be cut some more. I would not buy again.
