I have many lemon juicers. I have an electric Breville squeezer, a wooden reamer, and one of those glass ones that I put the lemon over and the juice falls down into the glass. I do not know what they are called.Nevertheless, I wanted one like these because a friend of mine swears by these types of squeezers. This one was recommended by Consumer Reports so that is why I ordered it. All I had to do was cut the lemon in half and put it face down into the chamber, then squeeze. It sort of turns the lemon inside out making it look like a dried fig. There are sometimes pits that do fall through the holes but it is like one or two and not a whole lot.In summary, this makes squeezing juice from a lemon a cinch. If pits did not fall through, I would have rated it 5 stars. The current price of $19.97 plus tax is competitively priced for this and that is what I paid.

PROS:+Squeezes every last bit of life from your lemons and limes+Catches the seeds from lemons+It lasts (side note: my last one rusted within 2 weeks of using)+The weight makes it pretty sturdy and easy to squeeze – I have bad grip strength so this is great.CONS:-It’s heavy and somewhat awkward to handle, but easy to use if that makes sense.-Since it is heavy and awkward, it’s somewhat hard to clean. You have to crank it open and use a flexible scrub to get in its nooks and crannies.Pro tip: If you have huge lemons/limes, be sure to cut them into fourths.Still thumbs up from me and would recommend, however, if there was a competitor with something lighter and still durable I’d also consider the competing product.

This is very easy to use on lemons and limes (some oranges would be too large). It rinses off easily and seems to stay clean. One handy tip: after you squeeze down on the wedge, rotate it 90Β° to pour out the juice off on top of the slice; you’ll get a good slurp more! I often then fold the skin and squeeze & rotate again to get the last bit.

Iβve been using (and enjoying!) This handy, easy-to-use, tool. I, regularly, purchase large bags of lemons from Costco and juice them for use throughout the week. It did not take long (the 2nd Costco bag) for a screw to come out. Iβve been unable to put it back and get it to stay in. Itβs an annoyance BUT, even without that piece, it works well enough. I love how heavy it is, how comfortable it is to use., and how thoroughly it juices. I will probably buy another and hope it stays intact longer.

I truly love it. Itβs well made, easy to clean. Itβs a little bigger than I thought, but fits in drawer just fine. I can use it for lemons and oranges. 100% recommend it. You wonβt regret your purchase

I bought this thing have them read several reviews. I would concur and for this reason have given it only four stars because of the fear that it could break if pushed too hard. So far mine has done pretty well. I find that He gets most all of the juice out and that the leverage seems to work well. I like the fact that this particular unit can be placed on the countertop and not fall over if you have to put it down for some reason or the other to grab something. Itβs relatively easy to cleanExcept perhaps for the Little ridges, but if you rinse it out right away shouldnβt be a problem. As some have pointed out the proper way to do it is to put whatever fruit lemon lime or orange face side down, the opposite of what you would think intuitively, and use it that way. I bought the yellow one, and find that it fits limes easily, most lemons, and some oranges. Larger oranges are a bit too big.I use this thing pretty much daily to squeeze limes or lemons for my cocktails so it gets a fair amount of use and it hasnβt broken on me yet but then, Iβm careful with how are use it. I can see where if you overstressed the plastic, it could break.

I saw this on the Food Network and it was rated as the best. I bought one for myself and for each of my 4 sisters 4 years ago. I absolutely love it! We all use them throughout the year. None have broken. They are easy to use and easy to clean and they work great. I’m not paid to say this. Highly recommend!

Iβve tried many juicers and they are messy or take time to get all the juice. For this juicer, I cut the lemon, lime or orange in half. Place one half with cut side down in the juicer and squeeze the handles. One squeeze and itβs done. I struggle with hand strength and this is SO easy to use. Love it!
