The package includes six 12 gram packets. Each packet will gelatinize up to 400 milliliters of used cooking oil as indicated on the packet. I added the packet to 400 mL of peanut oil that I had fried pork cutlets in while the oil was still hot and stirred it. Approximately one hour later, the oil had gelatinized and could be easily removed from my cast iron skillet with a spatula.A U.S. cup is approximately 237 mL. So for example, if you used 4 cups of oil to fry something, you would need to use approximately two and a half packets to gelatinize your oil. Eg: 4 x 237 = 948, 948 / 400 = 2.37

I saw this on tiktok and I was wowed! However the people on tiktok/cleantok don’t tell you is you need to use more than one packet (maybe even the whole 6 packets) if you have a pot with oil for frying chicken or French fries, then u need to use alot more. But there are some instructions in English. So the more oil the more packets. I would recommend this to family and friends, however I do wish they had this stuff in a bigger container offering a bulk option.

I love using this stuff to solidify my cooking oil. Itβs easy to use. I do find I typically have to use 2 packs for the best results.

I was skeptical of this product when I first got it, but sure enough it worked! You have to make sure you add enough to work for the amount of oil you use. For a gallon I basically used all 6 packets and let it cool down. Sure enough it thickened the oil up, and my last batch of chicken wings was super easy to clean up because of that! I definitely plan on getting more. It does take a while to ship, so if you like them, order extras!
