The media could not be loaded. This replacement like the previous is foggy and inaccurate. The red needle is between 200 F and 100 C even though the probe is in the 6-inch violently boiling water at the altitude of 69 ft above the sea level.

Typical candy/meat thermometer. Works as expected. Red movable tab for temp settings fell off 2nd time I used it. Disappointed about that but otherwise it is as expected.
