I purchased these because Cuisinart typically makes a good product and I need something for preparing and service food. These are perfect for the raw/cooked separation and I even ALMOST fit one full rack of spare ribs on it (had to use some tin foil to get the entire rack) but it’s been great for everything else (pork butt, chicken breasts, pork chops, etc).

We love these! They definitely do the job as promised and are easy to clean. Hold on to them tightly though. I dropped one and it shattered. We definitely miss it!

These are great for prep and taking food in and out from the kitchen to the grill or smoker. I wash in the dishwasher and we’re ready for the next time! Much better than covering my baking pans with foil multiple times.

I love these trays! I bought a similar product for my husband about 20 years ago. He literally wore it out and I’ve been searching for years to find him a replacement. I was ecstatic to find these! They are perfect. They are light weight, easily stack to store, are color coded for raw and cooked meat and clean up easily. I’ve bought 2 more sets as gifts! Love them!

I received these as a gift, and honestly thought they were a waste of money at first. Then I used them and honestly, I love them. They’re just trays, but they’re really good trays. Nice and stiff (no flex), and easy to clean (I throw them in the dishwasher). These aren’t just flimsy/flexible cafeteria trays, I can carry heavy loads on them with one hand and not worry about stuff sliding off the other end. If I had a complaint I might say they are just a little bit heavy, but in exchange for the rigidity, I’ll take the solid weight.

It is easy to transfer food from the kitchen to the grill. Once the food is ready to eat, just grab the black tray, put the cooked meat on the tray and we serve right off the tray. We really like the 2 tray system when preparing chicken. No cross contamination! And the bonus is they can go into the dishwasher. Love this product!
