This works well but not in a shallow bowl, needs deeper bowl.

This whisk is great. No more fork in the bowl mess. I’ve used it for eggs, cake batter, iced tea and drink mixing, and instant pudding. It worked on heavy cream but i took a while and I’ll stick to the Kitchenaide mixer for that and cake batter. We now have 2 since my wife thought it was a gimmick kitchen tool. It cleans up easily and works great. I highly recommend it.
