We got this for our grandson last spring and he loves it keeps ice cold for a long time so we bought one and just opened the box the lid top knob was off and found the screw on bottom of box so put it together but the Tongs are missing.The bucket is great but missing parts are bad quality control.

The Amazon description says “carry leather handle.” It actually has a stainless steel handle. Not a deal breaker but was disappointed that it was not as described. Reading further into manufacture’s description it does not say leather handle so it is just Amazon’s description that is misleading.

I purchased this as a nice container for water. It’s a little too small but it will do. The knob on the strainer was broken off but everything else is okay.

I gave the rating 4 stars because the rubber seal of the cover makes it difficult to pull off to fill with ice. Aside from that, the bucket is exactly what I wanted.

I bought this for work. We have some in person meetings and like to offer drinks. I was able to add permanent vinyl to the outside to customize it and the ice keeps well. The tongs that come with it don’t pick up ice that well. That would be the only issue

Works as expected. Great insulation (ice stays frozen longer) and nice design/finish. The ice tong with the hook comes in handy as it stays with the container.

It seems well built and the thick enough side wall helps keep ice frozen. How the wooden lid will hold up over time, will take time to know.Down graded two stars because there was no ice tong in the package.
