- A COLANDER WITH A TWIST | Use to drain your pasta and rinse your veggies, or twist it into a spinner! No more shaking or drip-drying your salad leaves, the pump-action handle rotates the spinning colander, drying your produce in seconds.
- NO MORE SPLASH | Keep your countertops dry and avoid splashing water everywhere. The Spina salad spinner fits perfectly into the sink when you want to give it a spin, keeping the water where itβs meant to be.
- HANDY HANDLE | With space-saving and easy storage in mind, the handle can be pushed inside the colander, allowing it to be stacked in bowls and completely out of the way. Lock the handle to use the Spina as a colander or twist it to create the pump-action spin.
- NON-SLIP FOOT | The silicone foot will hold fast when spinning at the highest RPM, even to a wet sink! The lettuce spinner basket is designed to keep your food inside. Just push down the handle for a quick stop brake. Itβs also dishwasher safe.
- DESIGNED IN AUSTRALIA | Dreamfarm is an Australian owned company, and every Dreamfarm product is proudly designed in sunny Brisbane, Australia.

It’s a little awkward to figure out how to use, but it works! Cannot overfill the basket as items will fly out, but, we needed something that had dual purpose and easy to store! My granddaughter t hi ought it made a great spin toy!

This won some kind of product design award, but I’m not 100% sure why. It works as a colander (for cold things, I wouldn’t want to use it for boiling water) just fine, but as a spinner, it’s fairly impractical. You have to have a good amount of room in the sink, and it doesn’t stay put – it drifts around, the base slides a bit when you get it spinning. It bashes into the sides of the sink, water and food can fly up and out a little bit, and it’s small for a salad spinner compared to some of the countertop designs. I get the concept of trying to combine two implements, but it doesn’t really do either job particularly well.

Hard to change from spinner to strainer with lettuce in it- it spills out

I wasnβt sure at first if I liked this but now I think itβs worth it. You can clean all sorts of fruits and veggies in it. For lighter food like lettuce, it can help to put a paper towel or tea towel on top before spinning, or else the food might fly out. 4/5 because the suction grip doesnβt really work

I like the fact that it is perfect for cleaning fruits and lettuces, yet doesn’t take up much space in my cabinet! (I got rid of my salad spinner because it took up too much space for something I rarely used.) This functions just as marketed, and stacks perfectly in with my other bowls and colanders. This is a keeper!

I used to have the other popular style drying device where it is a bucket and a lid and the inner spinning basket. Those types are bulky for storage. This device acts as a strainer when you’re washing the veggies, and it spins off the excess water, it works pretty good.Only a couple of things not perfect but it is understandable:1. Capacity is not as big as those independent units.2. No lid, so it takes a little practice to get it to work perfectly.3. You have to spin inside the sink, because it does not have an outer shell to keep the water droplets from spraying out.But with all that said I’m very happy with this device, clever design. works for me.

The primary reason I bought this particular salad spinner is that it doesn’t use a lid. All other salad spinners have a lid and the lid doesn’t come apart to be washed and dried — eventually you get dirty musky lid. This one, though slightly flimsy it seems, does work without using a lid. Good for two people salad. The rubber suction on the bottom is a little weak. Make sure when spinning you draw up the handle quickly before it hits the bottom because hitting the bottom will stop the spin. For a long time I use tea towels to dry salad, which is a pain, so I am glad someone invented this spinner.
