This gadget is the bomb. I use it for mainly my jalapeΓ±os and it never fails me. I was using a pairing knife to get the inside out with the seeds. This is very helpful, definitely easy to use, easy to clean and affordable

Bought it to more thoroughly clean peppers.Itβs easy to use and clean.Iβve used it on minie sweet peppers and the corer will split these, but thatβs ok.I have washed it both by machine and by hand. It is as sharp as when I first used it. Very sturdy.A simple twisting motion is all you need to puncture and clean the peppers. Very easy to use.
