I bought this for meal prepping and I typically do that in grams. It worked fine at first for maybe the first month or so. But now, after zeroing it out and putting a dish on it, when I remove the dish it doesnβt go back to 0. For example, first it may go to 4g when I remove the dish. Then Iβll put the exact same dish back on and remove it again but this time it will go to 8g. I could do that over and over and it will just keep climbing even though Iβm weighing the exact same thing. This happens nearly ever time I use it now.The weight sensors seem to be malfunctioning so Iβm just going to have to purchase a scale from another brand. It was convenient because of the slim size and larger platform but none of that matters if it doesnβt weigh things consistently and accurately.

I got this as a replacement for my old scale, which broke. Since that scale broke due to water damage, this scale being water resistant was a huge draw. This scale has a great display that’s very readable at all angles. It has a wide variety of measuring options as well. It also charges via USB-C, which is always a welcome addition. However, this scale does have issues. First of all, the interface is connected to the scale, meaning that pressing the touch buttons makes you add weight to the scale. This is a common thing with food scales and I hate it every time. Second of all, the weight is sometimes inaccurate. I personally had this scale shift around multiple grams without touching it a few times. You also can’t use it while charging.

The major flaw with this scale is that there is no indication of the battery status. I’ve been using it daily for about 5 months to record the weight of various foods on my dinner plate. This is one of the few scales that make it easy to read the numbers while you add to your plate.BUT suddenly, and with no warning, the display changes to “LO” and it shuts down. At that point it is useless until it has been charged. They already have a flashing LED to indicate when it is charging. It would be great if they could make the LED light up red to indicate the battery is getting low. Or maybe flash in a different pattern. This would also be a non-issue if the scale continued to function while plugged in and charging. But of course it doesn’t.So this is a great scale as long as you have a back-up.

I went through 4 food scales in the last month and this is the best one by far! Number 1. Itβs rechargeable- USB port C, not sure why they donβt advertise this but itβs a great feature. Number 2. All the scales that measured .1 grams turn out to be less accurate and I have been using this now for a week measuring the same 9 gram weight- itβs consistent. Unlike others that claimed to be more accurate to the .1 g measuring off by 6 grams at one point. Number 3. Itβs the only one I found to be truly water proof. Others have made this claim and after one wash the readings were off. The rubber plug for the port C feels very secure and I trust it to keep the water out. Solid buy.

Bought this in April. Worked great. Just started showing βLoβ on the screen so I whipped out a handy dandy USB-C charger and plugged it in. After a few hours it still says βLoβ. After a full day on the charger it still says βLo.β Checked the charger, which works fine. Emailed manufacturer- no response. So if you want a scale that works great for a few months this is a good one.UPDATE: Finally got a response. Turns out you can’t use a Quick/High Speed charger, you have to use an old school, regular charging block. Switched out the charging block for an older one and Presto! All charged up and ready to go again.

Works great for baking by weight. Be aware you need a low amperage charger to recharge the battery. Your fast chargers are incompatible for the charging circuit in the scale.

The scale works great! It’s easy to use and waterproof, so it’s easy to clean. Customer service is extremely prompt with any issues, plus there’s a one year warranty. We are very pleased with the scale and company.
