UPDATE:Contacted customer service and they were completely understanding and immediately sent a replacement cutting board. Updated review from 1 star to 4 star because of this.We’ve had this cutting board for less than one month. We’ve had bamboo cutting boards before and know how to properly maintain them. However, after less than 10 hand washes and less than one month, the bamboo top is starting to split along a seam. Can’t use it anymore as it’ll be impossible to clean inside the crack. Very disappointed.

great product. mine arrived with a slight defect, that is always possible with wood products as wood expands and contracts and is not a perfect material. I contacted Royal Craft Wood customer care and they promptly responded and sent a replacement. excellent product at a great price/value, aaaaaannnndd great customer support! i will be buying more from them for sure!
