I use this to snip herbs. It is sharp and works fine. The problem is the cutting edge is open, like in the picture, when not in use. It doesn’t come with a cover for the blades. It is sharp and pointy enough I’m worried about it catching on things. I am storing it in a small box on its own.

I loved mine, these are the pan cooking scissors you want, pizza, quesadillas, omelets, or any flat dish you need to cut. Especially nice to protect your pans from excessive cuts or damage. The blades come apart for cleaning. I would buy again if I had to.

These are designed for kitchen use but they are great for deadheading potted plants too. The ergonomic handle and small size makes them more efficient than my pruning shears for small jobs.

I feel like edward scissor hands chopping pizza with these scissors. Finally got a chance to try these and never cut a slice so easily. I think everyone who eats pizza needs to get scissors.That wheel thing is positively medieval torture device that does not cut pizzas and makes them fugly!Get these scissors! I bake my own pizza. That way I get exactly what I want. But until I discovered Fiskar’s Non-scratch Kitchen Shears, I was frustrated trying to cut the pieces cleanly so they would separate well. What’s more, I use Wilton non-stick pizza pans, so I didn’t want to scratch them with those wheel-type cutters. These shears were just the thing! The plastic guard on the bottom blade protects the surface of the pan, while the precision cutting edges make perfect slices. As far as I’m concerned, they’re the ONLY way to cut pizza!
