This product works fantasticly. I absolutely love it for all of my seasoning needs. I’ve been using it for about 3 months, with no problems. It has a good pepper throughout even on it’s finest setting. Speaking about settings, I find the range absolutely amazing. I can go super fine for things like soups or salads, and then I can go to a medium grain for things like chicken with a bit more coarse for things like pork. I haven’t done steaks yet (simply too much these days), but I will be using a very coarse setting for that, which this grinder can get very coarse. The construction seems to be built well, but time will only tell. Even is this thing last only a few years, it’s worth it. But, I feel as though the grinder is going to last longer than that.I highly recommend this pepper mill for the discerning home cook, or for someone who is tired of a slow grinder.

Features all removable ( therefor replaceable ) parts. Quality without being 3/4 the length of a baseball bat. Made here in America- more important now than when I was in Junior high school, as imported crap that does not last is the norm.

I read about this item in a yearly rating review. It does not disappoint. It’s beautiful and works like a dream

Holds alot of peppercorns. Good adjustability. Pretty quick at grinding out a good quantity of pepper. Feels very well made. Two thumbs up!!!!

I did quite of bit of homework before I bought this pepper grinder. It was worth the time because it is exactly what I hoped for at a fair price point. You adjust the coarseness at the top knob which is simple and easy. Fine ground is fine ground. On up to very course if you choose. I loved this natural cherry wood finish. It is very pretty and the 8″ size comfortable in my hand and handsome on my counter. π

I use quite a bit of pepper when I cook. I have a good pepper mill already but it is a different style. I wanted a wooden one that would actually do a good job. This pepper mill is not only astoundingly beautiful – it works beautifully too. It’s easy to adjust the grind just by turning the knob on the top. I bought the red one (my favorite color). I’d say that I’d purchase this again, but I feel like this is going to last for the long haul. I will definitely purchase a couple for some friends of mine who like to cook. Would make a great gift.

Nice pepper mill. Matches our old Peugeot beechwood pepper mill and salt shaker pretty well. But it actually grinds better because we can go to a very nice coarse setting or a very fine setting with an easy twist. And it puts out the pepper fast!

Works well but the top hole were the rod comes through is not finished as well as I would have expected.
