They were great I made chocolate dipped fresh blueberries last night and a couple other things. The tines will bend easy but they will bend back for the price they are a good value. The higher the cocoa content 60 to 72% the more liquid your chocolate will get making it easier to dip without it being globbed on. For the things that you want to have a thicker coat I recommend putting in the refrigerator for a few minutes and take them out and re-dipped them donβt try doing it all at one time. Also if your fruit is cold and dry it helps the chocolate to stick better and cool faster. For fruit some sort of a hook would be more useful. These candy tools I mostly use for dipping caramel into the chocolate then dipping them in chopped or ground nuts. Good luck and Bon appΓ©tit
