Wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this thing. Have tried a few similar items in the past and they were generally cheaply made and worked poorly. Given the great reviews, I though I’s give it a shot.Works great and easy to clean. Seems well enough made but we’ll see in a couple of years. The blades are sharp but are clearly low quality, cheap, “stainless” steel. Everything is at this price. Time will tell how sharp the blades stay.I would recommend with the cavet that this isn’t a professional tool and would expect it to last long with daily use.

When I make veggie pizza, I like all of the veggies to be cut small and in the same shape and I make this dish often as it is one of my family’s favorites. This chopper is AMAZING! I can’t believe how easy it was to cut red and orange peppers…all coming out the same size. It didn’t care to much for how large the carrots were that I was using but I simply cut those in smaller widths before placing them on the tray to chop. I love this so much I just ordered another one as a Christmas gift for a family member. Well worth the price and I even used the cleaning tools that came with it to get the stuck pieces of veggies out.

I like this gadget for cutting uniform pieces of vegetables. However, I donβt find it as easy to use as the pictures would imply. Onions are hard to cut and I have to slice them in order to do it. You canβt cut half an onion the way it shows in the picture. That said, with a little bit of accommodation, it works really well when Iβm in need of dicing large amounts of vegetables. It does take a little bit of effort to disassemble and clean but when I have a lot of dicing to do, it is well worth the effort. The spiralizer that is included is not worth the effort. It takes a great deal of turning manually and youβre exhausted before youβve even done one vegetable. Would not recommend that function.

So far, I’ve been able to successfully shoestring apples and potatoes, of which the included pic is a result after frying. Saved me a ton of time mincing onion and bell pepper as well. It’s functional enough, doesn’t seem overly sturdy but sturdy enough. I think for some it may be easy to beat this thing up – take it easy. For shoestring fries, soften the potato a bit in the microwave before passing it through. Then cut the spud in half and slice the ends off to have two nice flat surfaces. Let them sit in some ice water for a while then slice off the skin. Now she’s ready for shoestringification! So yeah, don’t abuse the thing and it should last. Good luck home chefs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this chopper works. It does take some effort to chop harder vegetables like celery; however, it still works. Onions, peppers, etc. are very easy. It takes just a couple of minutes to make a large, chopped salad, and the two sizes of chopping blades are perfect for my cooking. I am not certain how well this will hold up over time, but if it lasts a couple of years, will purchase another one. This is a great time saver.

Have known of these products for several years. Never purchased as I believed the were all the same; cheap and cheaply made.Took a chance when this item was discounted at Amazon. Needless to say, I am impressed and genuinely surprised. This item is sturdy, stable, and presents blades which are sharp and useful in everyday vegetable prep.First use out of the box after inspection and a quick wash and rinse was turnip soup. Went thru not only 1/2β turnip rounds, but parsnips, and rutabaga, with me giving it several double handed slams to get thru these tough root vegetables. This isnβt a dis against the blade sharpness of the product; itβs an honest review of where I suspected little and found a product which my kitchen will never be without ever again.Ohβ¦.just in case I bought a second five piece unit just in case my double hand slams ever get out of control. However, tbh, I donβt see myself ever having to use it.

I like this a lot. I have to cut vegetables up into much smaller pieces before I can chop them because the chopper can only handle so much at a time. But I know that everything will be the same size and therefore cook at the same temperature and time, so that makes it worth it to me. I just hate chopping vegetables myself, so this does save some time in the end. Just be sure not to put a whole half onion in the thing because it will get stuck. But it does great with smaller cuts.

After seeing the one my sister purchased and saw how they chopped about 10 pounds of peppers in a very short time, I immediately ordered one for myself. My husband had purchase a bunch of onions on sale, so I chopped them up right away and froze them in freezer bags for future cooking. I love the ease of use of this chopper…would highly recommend it!
