The pizza oven rack is a good quality material price was reasonable it has nonstick and also you could use it for different things such as a serving tray. The tray is about 15 to 16 inches round so it’s good if you are making an extra large pizza or if you’re making some cookies or other baked goods. The only problem that I have with it as it is such a large tray if you try to put it into a toaster oven, it most likely will not fit. You would have to put it into your oven. This tray also does not have any silicone handles so you would have to be careful to use Good quality oven mittens. Is he to clean? It is very sturdy.

It really does make your pizza crust a bit crispier. We use this for much more than pizzas, basically anything that requires baking that is dry will work like an air fryer. Love it. We’ve used it like 10 times only having to wipe it off twice. Super Teflon infused I suppose…

I started using this for everything. I don’t know if it’s all carbon steel or just this brand, but it won’t scratch and is beyond non-stick. Even the pizza cutter or sharp knives haven’t made a mark yet. It just wipes clean no matter what is baked onto it. I just searched now to buy a second one

This is the first time I have owned a “pizza pan”. A friend had one and I was impressed as she heated up a frozen pizza with a cauliflower crust as a snack one time. So I found it on line and got it. Since then I have used it several times, it doesn’t warp and is large enough to use on a large delivered pizza to heat up or keep warm. Glad I got it.

Just baked a box pizza on this pan and had good results. Crust was crispy and rim had a good crunch. I bought it for home made dough crust and expect similar results. It is large so won’t work in a small oven. I believe the manufacturer has smaller sizes available. I’m baking in a 36” Viking so it fits fine.

This has become my favorite pan in the kitchen. Not only does it cook pizza evenly and quickly, I heat up French fries, bread and anything else I need to cook quickly. The holes at the bottom of the pan allows for even heat distribution and speed in defrosting/cooking etc. Great pan, have purchased 2 more for my daughter and Mom, highly recommend.
