A big help in drying our noodles after we got the kitchen aid mixer and pasta attachment but I wish it was taller because our noodles are too long and the ends hit the table when drying. We put it on top of a bowl to add height and help with this but wish we didn’t have to.

This pasta dryer has plenty of capacity to hold family-sized amounts of pasta, yet folds compactly (8 inches long by 3-1/2 inches in diameter) for storage in a standard kitchen drawer. It’s also fully washable. The design is interesting and initially appears complicated, but the rack is easy to set up and take down and is sturdy when set up. Highly recommend this rack, which will simplify your pasta making.

This is the perfect pasta drying rack. When not in use you don’t have a big thing to find a place for in your kitchen. It folds up and is easy to store. The best surprise was that it comes with a 462 page book about making all types of pasta.
