I like the scale very much. It’s flat, easy to store, and works fine. I gave it 4 stars for accuracy because the warranty stated that the package included a second battery, but despite my search, I could find no second battery amongst the packaging.

I was looking for a simple food scale to help me count MLs since alot of health food ppl i follow measure in milliliters. I found this one and while reading the reviews saw someone else mention their customer service being great, so I took the plunge. This little scale is excellent and accurate, I love that I can zero it out after adding different things in order to be sure i put in exactly what i want. I also love how you can add X MLs here and change it to count oz’s in the next measurement all in the same bowl if that makes sense. It came with an extra battery and customer services is so kind and efficient I love supporting a brand that cares about the people who spend their money with them.

I’ve had this scale for some time now. Others in the house kept stealing it to weigh mail parcels so I knew it was pretty accurate and easy to use. I have put this thing through the wringer even accidentally melting it on my stove and who knows what someone did to the display, but I am here to tell you it still works! I have now bought two others —one to, yes, replace this one even though it’s still working just because I can’t anymore with it’s melted underside. I’ve also tried two other scales off Amazon and both failed within the first month after dropping accidentally. This one has been dropped so much and not o ly works but is still accurate. It’s amazing.

This is a good little scale and we really appreciate the values of the company and the customer service.For me (the Mrs.) I have never used or owned a scale before, so there were some things that concerned me. Like the fact that the feet make clicking noise when the scale is not on a flat surface. It also concerned me that the numbers jumped when I first turned it on.I went to the website to register the scale for warrenty. There I found the instructions which said when you first turn it on it will flash a lot of things while it’s warming up. Then when it is done it will settle on zero and one is good to go.It does zero out after placing a bowl on it so that your then only weighing the ingredients… And it does go negative. It happened when I picked up the bowl.The feet are loose while holding the scale in my hand, but once on a solid surface it has no issues and is very solid.After registering for the warrenty… Customer service (Jasmine) reached out to me. She has been a super great help with my understanding of the unit and how it was created to operate. And has gone above and beyond what I would consider normal just to help calm my concerns.I have had no issues with the touch buttons not working, or being unresponsive. What I did notice is that they (each button.. which is one on each side) are split into 2 separate functions and if one will touch the top or the bottom for the corresponding function that’s desired.. it works much better.Hope this helps someone out there to decide if this scale is the right one for you.
