Knives are cutting great! Love that the sharpener is right there with it. The sloths for the knives could be better as far as sliding in but overall we are very happy.

My only complaint on these knives is that the block is at an odd angel so if your counters are not deep they will be right at the edge and easy to grab by children.

I treated myself to these top of the line knives after being frustrated with the dull knives I had been using. What a difference!!! Razor sharp is an understatement!!! I wipe these down right after I use them, and dry them thoroughly. I also ordered the Henckels sharpener, but may not have to use it very often. You will feel like a classy “real” chef with these! They are really worth the money.

One of the knives did not fit in the slot as it was not cut correctly. We had to move the scissors to the knife slot and the knive had to be placed in sideways.
