   Picked up this incredible set of bergHOFF knives at the local thrift shop for only $20. Problem was however, the chef’s knife’s edge was destroyed, probably by some brat kid whacking something metal with it. This Henckels Fine Edge Pro did the trick in cleaning that jagged edge right up. ?

   I can FINALLY keep my knives well maintained. This is my first sharpening steel, and after doing research I opted for Henckles because of their stellar reputation. I am not disappointed. The steel has a wonderful weight, great length and easy to use. I am thrilled with my new addition.
