I’ve always bought cheap inexpensive scissors. I finally got fed up with having to replace them. I can’t believe the difference between cheap and a higher end pair. These are remarkable! Very sharp! Easy to hold! Great price! You can’t go wrong with a Henkels product!I am not an incentive paid customer! I opted to write this review on my own.

I’ve been using knives for everything, always. Started cooking whole chickens recently and wanted to mess around with spatchcocking some. Did 2 or 3 with a knife and it was kinda tough. Enter these kitchen sheers… easiest time I’ve had so far cutting a chicken in half. Why have I not always had kitchen scissors?

Very sharp and cut very well. However, as they do not come apart, if meat juices get into the hinge, it makes it difficult to get clean.

These scissors arrived with great initial sharpness and still feel sharp. They feel quality with no wiggle, great alignment of the blades, and comfy handles. I have had no problems with them and they seem like they will last a good while. Bought for the kitchen but looking to buy another pair elsewhere in the house.The only thing I am wanting for on these is maybe a quick-release to take apart for easier cleaning. But this is a minor gripe.

This is the best pair of kitchen scissors I have ever bought! But be careful! I was using them to help get a tack out of my shoe and they slipped and cut across my thumb right to the bone.
