I bought the 4 pack. One of the grinder screws was misaligned at the manufacturing facility where it was made. The people that sell this were very apologetic and saw to it a replacement was sent right away. It’s been hard to find this kind of customer service in the last few years. The pepper and salt grinders seem to do a real nice job at what they were intended to do. Because there are ceramic materials in the grinding parts I assume they’ll last really well. I like the look of the grinders. At the same time I bought these grinders through Amazon I bought a set of peppercorns and pink salt. These grinders seem to work great with them.
