Got this because it is better value than the other brands I found in store. Also, a little more environmentally friendly than those other ones as well. I haven’t had a problem using it to cook with. Keeps my baking trays clean and mess free. Occasionally some liquid might come through. But all it takes is a little rinse off. The only problem I have experienced with it was the plastic edge that is supposed to cut the paper. After the first use, it bent over and does not really cut it that well. Other than that, it is really good.

I ordered this based on its lack of chemicals and dyes. I use it as a liner for my Dutch Oven bread. It is on a continuous roll so you can determine the length you want.

I use parchment when I cook on my aluminum jelly roll pans and that’s quite often. I haven’t done a lot of research on various brands as this is just about the only one I see locally in nearby stores. I would recommend it however in the future I will look for it in a local store where I’ve seen it offered for a lower price.

I was really hating this product because the serrated edge wasn’t tearing the paper. When I decided to take a photo and leave a review I noticed little tiny instructions printed on the box just under the serrated edge. They tell you how to make the cut work! Once I followed the instructions it cut fine.
