Unless you can find a funnel with exactly the right tip diameter, loading is a nightmare. It’s still not clear to me how to adjust the coarseness of the grind and I emailed and told them so, but have yet to receive a response.

After fighting with my battery powered grinders, I finally gave up and bought the manual grinder. The battery powered grinders constantly stopped working or needed new batteries (8 of them per grinder). I am happy with the product and would recommend.
