I’ve purchased and returned a few highly rated pizza cutters to replace a cutter I purchased 20+ years ago. None have the sharpness, nor the weight of my older one. This one doesn’t either. With the handle being plastic and the blade being not so sharp, I doubt it will last more than a year. Definitely need to exert substantial downward force in order to cut a Boboli pizza crust. I’m sure this will eventually cause the plastic handle to snap. I’m tired of returning them so I am reluctantly keeping the cutter. But, it definitely needs to be sharper.

Bought this pizza wheel to replace a cheap smaller wheel that is no longer sharp. This wheel is so much better! Nice and heavy with a larger diameter wheel that slices right through the thin crust pizza I like to get. My old one only had a 2-inch wheel and this one is 3 1/2 inches so it makes quick work. It cleans up easily in soap and water (it says it’s dish washer safe, but I always clean it up by hand since I’m washing the pizza pan anyway. Nicely made unit and wish I’d bought it a lot earlier.
