The product works as expected but only two of the three tools are usable and it’s too much trouble to return . Perhaps the manufacturer will see this and improve their quality assurance process.

They work great for zesting citrus. It does not cut into the pith. If you have a lot of fruit to zest this is the tool. Also great for all other fruits and vegetables. I still use an old swivel peeler for carrots and parsnips because you can use it in both directions which lets me a do a carrot in a few seconds.

America’s Test Kitchen recommends this peeler. Trust me, when these people say something is good, it’s good. This peeler is the best thing I’ve ever used. It is very sharp, so it cuts through skin like butter. It has a very comfortable handle. The only thing is make sure you wash it in hot water and let it completely dry before putting it away or it will rust. Enjoy this wonderful product.
