I use these for cubing my meats and trimming my tomato plant.Theyβre sharp and easy to clean. They havenβt even reacted badly to my water (which is well water and great as a mineral water, bad for utensils)The only problem I see is one side is slightly serrated, meaning sharpening it with a tool will be difficult.

As far as scissors go they’re fine but scissors for a kitchen that involves cutting multiple items with the precision of a knife, these are not the ones. Yes they look almost identical to the KitchenAid scissors that are out of stock, but just cut through sealed bag or cut some fat off a chicken breast you’ll immediately realize the difference.
