These knives are the best I have ever had. I usually buy cheap things, they don’t last, I buy better and then I buy the ones I should have bought at first. The good ones!These knives are so well made and actually beautiful to look at. They look great on my counter. If I didn’t know better I would think they were so much more expensive.I hope that these will last for many years to come. I don’t know what a true chef would think of them but for my everyday use these knives are great.

Theyβve been in daily use now for over a month and I am very happy with them.fits perfectly in my country style style kitchen. The wood block wood finish is really pretty.The knives are very high quality. They are sharp. The variety of knives are perfect for every every one of my cooking needs. The handles are smooth and comfortable to use for long periods of time.my old set would sometimes give me blisters after cutting large quantities of vegetables. No more of that with these! I really do love them!it also came in a nice printed box so I may purchase a set for my mother-in- law this Christmas.Amazing price when compared to similar versions- very happy
In My Opinion –
I bought this set to complete a similar set that had a missing knife (lost.) The last set was purchased about 3 years ago. Very sharp on arrival. I cut the usual things, no beer cans or metal. I hand wash and dry. I sharpen as needed. I can see the edge, on the recently purchased knives, is deteriorating after just a few months. They still look good and they still feel good. Tough to hold an edge though with missing steel

This is a better than expected buy from Amazon. I am impressed with the quality and look of the knives and the knife block. They are better than I expected. I don’t know whether they will hold an edge or not yet. The only missing is a sharpening steel that would be a great addition to the set.The knives have a good feel and heft. I would recommend.

These look and feel good. They feel very sturdy and cut well. Good set of knives, good for small kitchen spaces, you do need to sharpen them often but the sharpening tool in the set does the job perfectly
