Very easy to use and convenient! Only complaint is that the salt shaker plastic has cracked on the top from beneath the LED to the top of the unit. Not sure what caused it, but I haven’t dropped it or knocked it over so I’m thinking maybe a general defect.

Unfortunately, mine fell over onto a hard surface and cracked. It still works fine, but maybe the plastic body needs to be better since the grinder is used in kitchens with hard surfaces by users with wet or slippery hands.

I bought this item due to the onset of rheumatoid arthritis that has affected my fingers, hands, and wrists. The item works exactly as described, grinding peppercorns just right. No one ever said you have to put salt in the white grinder – I use it for white peppercorns. The only drawback is that they need to be recharged after each use, not because the batteries are depleted, but rather to have it at full power for the next use. Better batteries would have been nice. They also start losing charge with time, so an occasional recharge is needed if they aren’t used a few times per week. Excellent product. Three stars on durability because I’ve only had the product for two weeks.

Works as advertised. We put a small tray on our counter so we wouldn’t have to keep removing the bottom caps before using. With that improvement these grinders work well. When adjusted to the finest setting, we’re able to get a good fine grind on both salt and pepper.

This is a great product, and I use it every day. All it needs to recharge is a little cellphone charger adapter which is easy to find in the modern day house. The grind is perfect, easy to use, and the only thing I would change is if the pepper container was a bit larger, as you do have to refill it every once in a while, maybe once a month if you use it daily like I do.

Battery charge lasted 6 months! I reached out to customer service and they responded so quickly. Amazing company and product. I use my grinder almost daily and do not miss the days of manually grinding for fresh pepper. Totally worth the money!
