This product is inventive and a real time saver. It cuts your herbs quickly and beautifully. It is important that your blades and herbs are completely dry so that the product is easier to clean and that the cut items do not clog up the blades. This is an excellent tool for cooks who want to present their food elegantly.

I cut up green onions quick as hell with these, but the slotted ends of the cap doesnβt work as well as they seem unfortunately. Still, makes chopping herbs way faster!

As kitchen gadgets go, most with limited uses; this one is really cool. I use a lot of chives and these cut them up beautifully! Work on garlic as well; and ALL fresh spices!
