I am happy with this chopper. I just wish it had replacement blades available to purchase. It definately has made chopping anything especially tomatoes and onions a breeze. I have an issue in that the blades and the solid piece didnt align somehow. This caused the smaller blade to become bent and the solid piece has some damage to some.of the small squares that are supposed to line up with the small holes on the small metal piece. I would like to buy a new piece for these two as I cant use the small metal piece anymore. Other than this it is an amazing help in my kitchen.

It makes it super easy to dice up all of the veggies needed to make soups and other dinners. The slicing part is a very thin slice. The size of the slicer and dicing parts are small so you do have to cut your veggies into smaller sections so that it will fit. Sometimes when you push down the lid it will bend just slightly enough to make the top nubs not line up with the holes correctly. For the most part this does cut down the prep time greatly especially if you have your partner helping you who doesnβt have that great of a knife skill.

I bought it to cut the food for my salads. It cut the eggs and less firm items easily. When I got to the cucumbers, I had to use a little more muscle and sometimes they got stuck in the cutter piece.I could get the top to stay on. That’s probably user error. It came with color photo instruction. Without that, it’s pretty easy to figure it out.I washed it in the dishwasher without any issues.All in all in was a good purchase.

Have any users read the product insert? No dishwasher, water temp not over 60Β°?? They must mean (but didn’t clarify) Celcius, 140Β°? Anyway, my son put it in the dishwasher after we first got it and it survived.It seems very insubstantial to be chopping some vegetables. I cut my onions into quarters and it was still a little problematic, especially since I read one user’s warning about the blades cutting plastic bits into the food; I could VERY easily see how that could happen as its hinges aren’t sturdy.It’s also extremely difficult to attach the chopper blades. I was afraid I’d break it before I got the device seated. It’s got 2 tabs on each side and there’s no way that I could see to get them in easily other than brute force. A video or actual directions (totally lacking) might be helpful. I just placed it on my counter and pushed on the plastic borders – also awfully easy to chop fingers doing this!Removing the chopping blade attachment is relatively easy; push the frame from the back – the blades are dull on the backside so much less risk for injury.Overall, even the first time chopping onions was quicker than chopping by hand, but I’m not sure how long before this will break since I see signs that the construction isn’t well made.

There are no instructions in this chopper, just a little sheet that tells you what each blade is for. Do not make the same mistake I did, use the guard to slice any veggies using the slicer blade. I didnβt realize that is what it was for and went to slicing a cucumber without the guard. Took off a large chunk of a finger that required an ER visit.The chopper is really good. Just please be careful. All the blades are very sharp.

It is exactly as pictured. Would have given it 5 stars but itβs a bulky item and depending on the veggie it tends to get jammed it the veggie is too hard (sweet potatoes). But chops up perfectly sized onions and fries.

This chopper is so versatile and definitely saves you time in the kitchen. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 us because I cut my fingers up so bad on the first used with putting in and removing the chopping plate and washing it. Three of my fingers are cut up because the chopping plates are so sharp. I will be using this with much caution next time. I guess it’s a good thing and you would want the blades to be sharp, but keep this away from children or clumsy people like myself at all times.

This little guy sent my husband to the hospital the second night we used it! He’s fine, just some stitches, but mandolin slicer cuts are no joke! Just be careful and mindful while cleaning it and this little gadget can be a great help for meal prepping.
