So, I did some research before purchasing this grinder. I Googled and I Amazoned, I looked at reviews and felt this would be the right choice. Sometimes, pictures are larger than the product appears.***NOW*** I’m rating this a 5 Star as it is. Even though the Battery compartment keeps popping off and the batteries keep flying all over my floor. The release of the battery lid is located right where my palm fits around the handle. When I depress the button to grind my herb, it activates muscles in my hand, one of which is right on the release button. Pop. There go the lid and 2-3 batteries.I think I had different expectations. The grinder is slow. I thought it would have more umph, hence why I bought a battery-operated one instead of my standard grinder. This may be because I’m putting too much into it at one time. This brings me to the next issue, that grinder itself does not hold much. I have to break down my buds, which is what I was trying not to do, otherwise, I’d use my standard grinder. Even once I break them down small enough, it still has a tough time.I know what you’re going to ask, what am I putting in there. Medicinal Cannabis. It’s dried out more than Street Weed and can be ground just fine using my standard grinder.

I have fibromyalgia and sometimes handling something like a twist grinder can be too painful during a flare up. I love how easy this makes it!! I took a star off because it goes through disposable batteries very fast, I had to throw away 4-6 batteries (however many it holds) within two week with mild use. If you get this I highly suggest getting rechargeable AA so you donβt go through so much waste and money.

only problem is it goes thrue battery’s and if you use rechargeable they aren’t powerful enough i have to go forward then backward several times to grind it up and as soon as battery’s start fading then it starts to take more time more back and forth so i think it needs to be a little more powerful

If you like your herbs ground up very fine, which is what I’m used to with a traditional manual herb grinder, this doesn’t really grind very fine and small. The batteries also never seem to last very long. Even after I put in a brand new pair It always sounds like its struggling to work. I always clean it out, make sure that it’s clear of any old debris that could be slowing it down. Not really sure if I would actually purchase again, I found myself using my manual herb grinder again over this one.

It grinds your herb for sure. Nice and fluffy herb. Pain to clean and the device is loud but so much better than manual grinding. My only other issue is there is no reserve bin for your kief!!!!

Battery seems to die quick. Maybe 10-15 grinds. Otherwise provides a nice grind and very useful.

Very easy to pack bowls if used for the herb.
