Bought this product several months ago and LOVED it! Still runs great and charges in no time! A couple of close friends made comments about how great this product was and asked where I purchased it. So I decided to gift my friends with this product. Recieved the first two and both did not charge. Tried everything including the charger from mine. Nothing worked and charged for hours….24 hours!! Nothing. So I decided to have them replaced. Sent them back and they sent two more. AGAIN….the same issue with the two new ones recieved as a replacement. Have sent those two back and waiting on a refund. Want to give this product a 5 star review…..but this product just isn’t as great as I had thought. Clearly I just got lucky with the first one I purchased!!

The grinder itself is a 5 star grinder, if it arrives working. I had to work with customer service for about 3 weeks on getting a grinder that worked. I received 3 grinders that were broken, one of which was not the color or the size that I ordered. Overall the customer service would probably get a 3.5 star rating, they would let me know they were looking into it and when they sent out a new grinder but nothing in between and sometimes those were 4-5 days in between. Finally, after receiving a full refund and a tested working grinder from the warehouse, I decided to wait to edit my 1 star review to make sure it charged and still worked. I can honestly say now that I have one that works its amazing! this thing is powerful and lasts a very long time before needing to be charged. I have not tested the 2g limit as I am not overly worried about that as much, but it does have a very large capacity that is for sure.TLDR; 5-star grinder, 3.5 star customer service, got 3 broken grinders and waited 3 weeks after my OG order for the 4th grinder that finally worked. YMMV

On the cone filler, it takes a bit of finesse, but it works well. If you fill it a little at a time, gripping the sides of the filler and tapping it lightly as you go, it works great. If you rush and fill it too full, it’ll crinkle your paper cone, making it difficult. Tap, then tamp down, and you’ll have a perfect smoke every time. Just holding this thing is an aha moment, it’s SO easy! You need to rock it back and forth to start, and may need to tap it lightly to get the herb to fall out the cone, but its a perfect grind every time, and feels great in your hand .

My old, electric (plug it into the wall socket) grinder stopped working, so I researched, and bought this one. This is the BEST grinderi have ever used 38+ years of enjoying the natural herbs of Mother earth.Pull off the top of the funnel-shaped plastic cover, then pull off the metal top of the grinder. Evenly pack some buds in the grinder area, close it up, push the cover back onto the top, and point it wherever you want the goodness to land, and just push the buttons. I say button(s) because it has forward and reserve; anybody who has used a hand grinder on some thick bud, knows you need to go back-n-forth sometimes, to get it moving. So press the forward button some, then the reverse button some, and the bud starts dropping through the plastic funneled cover.One of the accessories that is included is a cone loader. So, insert a cone into the plastic loader, point the grinder down at the top of the loader. Press the buttons, and watch the cone fill up with fresh-ground bud.Use the other accessory (packing rod), and pack it down while it’s sitting straight up, in the plastic cone loader. Pack until it’s however loose/tight you like yours packed, then push up on the loader, to have a perfect joint at your finger lips. 10 out of 5 stars! You read it right…it’s that good!

This product only works half the time. I have ordered three of these one for myself and two as gifts. Only one has worked right out of the box. Would not recommend as a gift.
