My new favorite kitchen tool! This Hasselback potato slicer works like a dream! Perfect slices in under a minute!Great for the microwave or oven β¦I zap the potatoes in the microwave for a few minutes and then a hot oven to crisp up the skins basting with butter once or twice. Ready for a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives ,salt and fresh ground pepper or where your taste buds take you. I just ordered 4 more for gifts!

I bought this because I wanted to try a hasselback potato recipe and couldn’t cut the raw potatoes evenly so they could cook evenly. BIG hit – our neighbors thought they were so fancy! Definitely recommend π

I make a lot of dehydrated sweet potato slices for my dogs. I had a mandolin slicer but had to give it up after way too many wounds. I bought a good sharp chef’s knife and this potato slicer instead. It works great! The slicer is sturdy and it holds the potato in place. I haven’t found a way to cut myself yet! I use this at least 2x per week and keep being so glad I bought it.

It was hard to line up the potato and get an accurate slice. I was using Zwilling pro knifes, but still had a hard time keeping the metal bands even. I so wanted to love this.
