I like writing reviews when things work well, surprise me, or simply… deliver. Also like to write them when they don’t, to help others that may have similar view or opinion.. before it is too late.In this case, I have to admit, I had never thought I’d be writing a review about a can opener. It does not get simpler, more basic than that.Our old can opener worked for years but broke, and I went online to find a replacement. Ran into this one, felt like I liked the color aspect of it for a change, and went with it. When it came home I mentioned it to my wife that we had received the can opener I had bought online. Opened the box in front of her, and she was, I could almost hear her saying it “wow”d. Still a can opener, it won’t tell you the weather or remind you where you left your keys. But feels sturdy, good quality, and the fact that it comes with a bring new color was a big, big plus. She really liked that simple addition to kitchen elements that tend to stay away from colors and into metal or wood tones. That is also nice, but this one pops, and she loved it. I do too, I could have chosen other colors too… but unfortunately can openers are not one of those things you may want to have two or three of them. So… all in all, nice product. And imo, a great find, cause I assume probably 90% of the can openers you can buy will work.. this one, has that little extra of giving you something nice to look at every time you open that top drawer…

This is the best can opener I have ever had. We have had the electric ones, the manual ones… this one is the best fit. It is light and durable. The teal color is beautiful too! Definitely recommend this for every kitchen. One of my kids is a lefty and doesn’t have any issues using it.

I have been dealing with an old manual can opener. I literally would break out in a sweat trying to open a can. When I tried this opener it took me seconds to open. Didn’t have to strain my wrist one bit. I instantly put my old opener in the recycle bin.
