Returned because of how scratched up the metallic finish was. For almost $50 I expect brand new condition.What’s suprising is that the description really tries to sell you on these having such a nice “gift box”, but nothing about the product is sealed whatsoever, so it’s unsurprising they were already so scratched up. Like not only are the grinders not inside any kind of plastic sleeves or anything inside the box, but the box itself also isn’t even taped closed or wrapped. So if it’s ever been dropped they’re popping right out and getting messed up immediately. Also it’s weird to market a “gift set” without any of the filling supplies (like whoever you’d gift it to still has to buy their own salt & pepper.)I didn’t use them but they seem like they’re constructed alright, however for the price it wasn’t worth something already not in new condition upon arrival.

Love this set, but the box they came in wasn’t important to me. They bragged and bragged how the packaging was a gift in itself. Its made of cardboard people not gold! I do love the the grinders though. A bit pricy but well made.
