I consider this kitchen tool a staple even though most flours have been “pre-sifted’ for years. For example, it is handy when sprinkling powdered sugar on a prepared dessert like lemon bars.

This is just what I need for my small kitchen. I rarely need a flour sifter, but when I do, I want it to be there. This one works well and takes up just a small amount of space. I would buy it again!

Mine only makes contact (of the little rotating half circle of metal) to the screen with one side of the rotating bar, not the other. That said, i don’t use the handle to turn in full circles, i just go back n forth with the part of the half circle of metal that does contact the screen where the flour is resting. I should have paid a few more bucks for one more sturdy. 🙁

This small sifter was exactly what I wanted. Easy to use and compact enough to fit in my flour canister.

More like the old-fashioned ones I’ve used. 1 layer screen makes it washable.

Easy to use. Avoid cramping your hand.
