I cut a big tough london broil into a bunch of 6 oz pieces and have them for lunches. McCormick tenderizer and pound on both sides. Pepper like crazy. Rest 30 mins. Fry 1-2 mins once each side. Pink and excellent. Way cheaper than hamburger and better for you.
