I have been purchasing for a while and very satisfied with product and have never had an issue. This time product arrived with pkg intact and a broken bottle. I will NOT inconvenience myself to return broken glass. There should be an option for you to inconvenience yourself by sending one or two free bottles as long as customer posts pics. That is all. I will still continue to buy. Thank God it was only one bottle.

Perfect size for my hot pepper sauce and very easy to use. I used a garment steamer to seal the shrink wrap around the lid and it worked perfectly. Have not had time to verify if they are leak proof or easy to clean yet and so only have them 3 stars for those two items.

Super disappointed my shrink bands are way too small. They don’t come close to squeezing over the cap. Otherwise they are great bottles but I wanted the professional look when selling my lavender syrup and the shrink bands were supposed to be that touch. Now I need to buy wraps elsewhere. ?
