So…. I debated between buying this one at its very reasonable price vs one that was made of brass and costed 5 times as much. I had read review after review of just about every brand and offer Amazon had, and most of the reviews were terrible! Things like the roller being wobbly or unable to cut thru pastry or not being sharp enough or durable enough and on and on. I decided to give this one a try before I splurged on the brass one and I am very happy to say that it does everything I hoped it would and does it very well! I picked the right one and you will too if this is the one you choose. Very pleasantly surprised by this cheap little purchase! 🙂
