I did a ‘test run’ on two whole chickens and then slow smoked them in the smoker which is the plan for Thanksgiving. The white meat was as moist and juicy as the dark meat and there was not one inch that wasn’t full of that smoked flavor. It was spot on that even visiting family asked me to send them the link to this item.

For years I’ve been messing with those stupid cheap plastic syringes. This feels like an actual man’s tool. Made of sturdy stainless steel, I’ll be using this forever. It also come with multiple syringes or varying thickness (I didn’t even know that before I bought). You won’t regret this purchase. Now I want to inject everything I cook, but not in a weird way.
