I am impressed by the quality of this injector for the price I paid. I used a mediocre injector, a glorified large medical syringe that I purchased in a home improvement store, and injecting meat was always frustrating because the needle kept clogging. For the 4th of July weekend, I wanted to smoke a large pork butt and decided to use a better device and tried this one because of the low price and the good reviews. I was impressed by the material’s quality, construction, and size of the 2 included needles. Injecting my large piece of meat was effortless, and I found it very easy to clean.

So, I bought this b/c a show I was watching had a Chef that said he puts Balsamic Dressing inside of baby/cherry tomatoes for a little kick/burst in the mouth! And yea, it’s good! Don’t know yet what else I’ll use it for cuz I’m no Chef, but it’s easy and fun to use. Be careful! it’s sharp though!
