This is a great salad spinner. Watch out, Make sure you get the glass version! Thereβs a cheaper plastic one. Donβt be cheap and buy a plastic bowl. Spend extra for the real deal! Itβs heavy, just note that. You may not like the extra weight, or it may be tiring for you to wash in the sink, or may slide out of your hands. But no more nasty plastic! I dry the greens and then dress and toss the salad right inside the glass bowl and serve. The spinner is easy to operate, a few pumps and most water is off into the bowl. I usually pump a few times, and then again. You still have to hold the bowl but because itβs heavy and because the pumping is downwards, itβs easy to hold. I like putting it on a cork square when doing that. The basket is plastic, and the pump locks in the compressed positon for storage. Also, thereβs a brake to stop the basket from spinning if you like. Overall, a great salad spinner!

I love that this spinner is glass and I can see through the spinning mechanism. I have been battling an invasion of India Meal Moths and found some in my old OXO spinner. I couldn’t see inside to make sure I had gotten all the larva out. I soaked it in hot water and dish soap for an hour, rinsed it in hot water but still had the creeps. So I ordered this new one. I am trying to get rid of all the plastic in my kitchen. My only ding on this is it doesn’t come with a separate lid so I can store the cleaned greens without having to use plastic wrap or foil to cover it. The old OXO spinner had a separate lid. Other than that I love it! I have used it 3 times since it was delivered.

Bought this one cause Iβm tired of the plastic spinners getting warped and throwing them away. I like this one but the glass bowl is really heavy especially when filled with water. Maybe a stainless steel spinner will be my next purchase.

The large capacity of this spinner is great. The fact that the outside is glass is awesome, we have gone thru several of the plastic spinners and they warp or crack. This one is as durable as this type of product could be. Very glad we found this.

I love that this is glass. And that after you spin a salad you can preach are not my salad in it. You can leave it in the fridge and the leaves stay fresh and crunchy! I love that it is glass. I love the push spin. I love stop button. My only criticism is that it is heavy, and the glass is so smooth and big it get so slippery when you clean it, it is easy to drop. So negative for heaviness and negative for easy to clean.

Bought this to replace a plastic bowl that was several years old. Love being able to remove the spinner after draining and leave the salad in a glass bowl for serving. It is heavy so may not be for everyone.
