Glad I bought the large scoop for making cookies. Its easy to handle and the lever works perfect. I have short fingers so the lever was not too far to reach like other brands. Plus I can throw this in the dishwasher and it has not rusted. Thanks Oxo!

Best purchase I’ve made since I started baking (which was like 2 months ago so what do i know)Perfect size for muffins! I’ve been struggling because Ill make enough batter and then some will come out the oven monstrous and the others tiny.. Well this (large size) fills just about 2/3 i think and they all come out looking similar in size!

After the previous 1 Tbsp scoop died, I needed a new one asap. This one is much sturdier and should last much longer… and it’s only about $2 more expensive than the failed one.

I hate that I waited so long to purchase one of these scoopers to use when baking cookies! This is so easy to use – and it ensures that each of my cookies are the same size – something I could never do when just eyeballing it!

its a study scoop, but the squeezing mechanism on this scoop refuses to stay in place. the teeth jump out of place so that when you squeeze it, the blade that loosens the dough from the scoop doesnt have its full range of motion. every time i use this I have to reset the teeth, and theyll ususally end up out of place again within a few scoops

These seem well made, and I needed to replace some plastic scoops that the sweeps kept popping out of. They don’t get slippery during use. And they’re dishwasher safe. I use them for meatballs, cookie dough, butter balls, and ice cream. The price is high but oxo makes good tools and I expect many years of use from these. I like the variety of sizes in the set.

I wanted a scoop for large cookies. The mechanism for this does a good job of ejecting the cookie doe without leaving any in the scoop. Well, not totally, but it only leaves a thin coating in the spoon. So far the mechanism is working great with no sign of falling apart.
